1) OTC listed companies with encouraging prospects through organic growth and acquisition. Situations are typically characterized by limited market support, low market capitalization yet a viable plan of action.

2) Private companies seeking expansion or acquisition capital in the context of a private placement or in connection with a public entree. 

3) Recently profitable companies that are facing an unforeseen downturn and require capital to return to profitability/growth.

4) Re-capitalizations involving a buyout or restructuring of an existing investor’s holdings within a public or private company circumstance.
